For Android AR Experience:

Most android devices that are 5 years or newer would have AR-core installed on their devices. Do the following to have the AR experience on your phone.

Make sure you have Google AR Core installed (it should be on your phone included on recent updates)
Scan the AR code. It will download the file to your phone.
Go to the dowloaded file .glb, (download folder) tap the file and the AR viewer will launch.
Place the merchandiser on the floor and enjoy.
